A little heavy handed on processing and a lot busy but I couldn't resist... I still like it

beautiful scene...the processing works well for most of the picture, just the 'smudgy' part of the sky is a bit distracting...besides that, though, beautiful :)

Yes, a little busy but I like it, too. Great processing. Nice framing with the edge of the stream coming out of the lower left corner of the frame. The leaning trees crossing at the top of the frame above the creek really makes this shot. But, I think composing it so that the tree trunks emerge from both corners of the frame and form a nice triangle would give this greater impact.

I think this would be my favorite of yours from that weekend if it just weren't for that smudgy (I can't believe that is a real word) sky from HDR'ing the image.

@Dan Creighton: not quite sure where the 'smudgie' came from - probably when you tried to breathe on my camera lens...
