Tall Fall

Posted by Betsy Barron (Chester Springs, PA, United States) on 13 November 2008 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

This is what happens when you look behind you - we were shooting at Losey Vista near Pine Creek Gorge and all of a sudden, the sun blazed across the leaves and the bright blue sky in such a beautiful way - this is an hdr image, but the color is not 'enhanced' in any way - I just wanted the foreground to be as beautiful as I remembered it so I took 3 exposures, each 2 stops apart. Also, I did a smidge of dodging and burning here and there..
