This barn sits along the entrance to the PA Turnpike in Downingtown. More than once, I've risked life and limb to pull off and photograph this old place as I know the plans have been sealed to have it torn down and replaced with 1,000,000 sq. ft of office space for Vanguard.
Sprawl is out of control in our area and it must be stopped!

What a shame. It looks like nice, old barn.

This seems very common now, in my area a historic farm was burned down it was very suspecious. A lot of people believe that it was the developer, it was cleared within days.

Why is it that the politicians seem to know more than the people? A great moody shot!

Nice moody photo of this barn. I completely agree re. sprawl. We are working on limiting it down here in southwest Chester County.
