For about two weeks, the geese have been amassing like an army at a nearby farm. Each time we drive by I tell my son that we are going to stop, sneak up on those geese, and then run full steam to see how fast they get up and away... Finally, we did it!
He was a great runner, must faster than Mom and I got off a few snaps, but not how I had it in my mind... we will keep trying! (poor geese) !

Very cool concept shoot. I bet he had fun chasing them (but watch where he steps!) and I'll bet they were as noisy as anything when they took flight.

Very cool idea, Betsy!! Makes for a great image!! Hey, I'm still trying to catch up after my forced hiatus... had a good look at what I'd missed and I've got a few favs I want to mention... Reaching Out, Hibernating, Cherries in the Snow, Reeds in Marsh Creek Park, and Dripping in Diamonds.. there are more but I managed to narrow it down.. hee hee... All of them are absolutely FANTASTIC!!

Nice shot. I particularly like how you caught your son running with gay abandon. Ah ... those were the days!
